Fundraising

B&M Bar-B-Que wants to be a part of your next fundraising event. We offer Catered Fundraising Dinners and the opportunity to sell individual bottles of our tasty barbecue sauce.

Catered Fundraising Dinners

This option is a great way to bring schools, churches, or other non-profit organizations together to share a meal and raise money for their cause at the same time. Here’s how it works:

B&M Bar-B-Que will:

  • Help you select a dinner menu for your organization’s event.
  • Provide a discounted per person rate.
  • Provide customer tracker forms and flyer templates on our website.
  • Deliver, set up, and replenish the buffet during the dinner.

Your organization will:

  • Determine a date and location to hold a fundraising event. Note: Your event facility must have tables and running water. Indoor locations are recommended.
  • Contact Greg at 216.916.7336 to reserve the date.
  • Set the price for this dinner.
  • Promote the fundraising dinner among your members.
  • Finalize the final headcount five (5) days prior to the event and call 216.916.7336.
  • Keep the difference between the price of the dinner and the cost.

For Example
B&M Bar-B-Que charges JFK High School $7.25 per person for dinner. The school then sells 250 dinner tickets at $10.00 per person. The school retains $2.75 per person, raising a total of $687.50 in one evening.

Selling Bottled Sauces

Another great way to raise money for your organization is to sell our bottled sauces individually. For more information contact us: 216.916.7336.

FUNDRAISING MADE EASY

B&M Bar-B-Que’s food is made with wholesome, natural ingredients. It’s the kind of food you would make at home if you had the time.

Now, you can use this food to raise money for your organization AND answer the question: What’s for dinner?

B&M Bar-B-Que provides a variety of ways to help your organization raise funds. A tax identification is required in order for your organization to participate.
